This page explains what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to get a fast fix.
What’s covered (our responsibility)
If the issue is caused by an error on our end, we’ll fix it for free. That usually means a reprint, a replacement shipment, or a refund—whichever makes the most sense for the situation.
Covered issues include:
- Misprints (wrong file used, incorrect printing, obvious production defects)
- Miscuts / incorrect trimming (outside normal tolerances, clearly wrong)
- Wrong item shipped (incorrect product, incorrect quantity, wrong version)
- Damaged in transit (arrives bent, crushed, scuffed, or otherwise damaged)
- Missing or incomplete orders (items missing from the package)
What’s not covered (normal print reality)
Some variation is normal in printing—especially when you compare printed output to a backlit screen.
Not covered under the guarantee:
- Minor color variation
- Small shifts in color tone
- Slight differences between screen colors and printed colors
If you’re unsure whether your issue is “normal variation” or a real defect, contact us anyway. We’ll take a look and tell you straight.
How to request a free fix
Email support@printacube.com as soon as you can with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem (and the packaging if it arrived damaged)
We’ll review it quickly and respond with the next step—typically a free reprint/replacement or a refund if that’s the better option.
Our promise
If we mess up the print, ship the wrong thing, or your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we will fix it for free.
