Where to find your tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- Your tracking number
- A tracking link (USPS or UPS)
If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder or search your inbox for “PrintACube” or “shipped”.
When tracking appears
Tracking usually becomes available after your order is handed off to the carrier.
A couple normal things to know:
- Tracking may take a little time to show the first scan (especially with USPS).
- It’s common for tracking to update later the same day or within the next business day.
If you don’t see tracking yet
If you’ve only received your order confirmation, that means your order is still in production or queued to ship.
We strive for about 2 business day production, and your delivery speed depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout.
If something seems wrong
Contact us at support@printacube.com if:
- You never received a shipping confirmation email
- Tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual amount of time
- Your order looks delivered but you don’t have it
- Your address needs correcting (time-sensitive)
