Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind every cube we print. If something shows up wrong because of a production, packing, or shipping issue on our side, we’ll make it right.

Because PrintACube products are custom printed to order, we generally don’t accept returns for change-of-mind. But we will refund or replace any cards that are:

  • Misprinted (print defect, missing ink/coverage, incorrect print output)
  • Miscut (cutting defect that affects the card)
  • Wrongly shipped (incorrect product, missing items, wrong cube/list)
  • Damaged (arrives bent, crushed, scuffed, or otherwise harmed in transit)

What to do if there’s an issue

Please contact us as soon as you can after delivery.

To help us fix it fast, include:

  • Order number
  • What happened (misprint/miscut/wrong item/damage)
  • Photos (a few clear pictures of the issue + the packaging if damaged)
  • How many cards are affected
  • Your preference: replacement or refund

What we’ll do

Depending on the situation, we’ll do one of the following:

  • Replace the affected cards (or the full cube if needed)
  • Refund the affected portion (or the full order if appropriate)

If we need anything else from you (extra photos, a quick confirmation, etc.), we’ll ask. In rare cases, we may request a return—please don’t send anything back until you’ve contacted us and received instructions.

What this policy doesn’t cover

Because everything is printed to order, we typically can’t offer refunds/returns for:

  • Change of mind / no longer needed
  • Errors in customer-provided content (e.g., an uploaded list/file has a typo or incorrect card choice)
  • Normal wear and tear after use
