These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PrintACube website and the purchase of products from PrintACube (“PrintACube,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1) Using the Site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with the site’s security, performance, or other users’ access. We may suspend or restrict access to the site (or your account) if we believe there’s misuse, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

2) Products are Custom Printed

Most items we sell are custom printed to order. Because of this, some standard retail practices (like “no-questions-asked returns”) don’t apply in the same way.

A few important realities of printed goods:

  • Color may vary between screens and print.
  • Minor tolerances can occur in trimming/cutting and alignment.
  • We may make minor production adjustments to ensure a consistent final product.

3) Ordering and Acceptance

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order at our discretion, including for reasons like:

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized payment,
  • incorrect pricing or listing errors,
  • shipping restrictions,
  • production limitations,
  • policy violations.

If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll issue a refund for the canceled items/amount.

4) Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Promotional offers, discount codes, and pricing may change at any time and may have limits or exclusions.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5) Payment

You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for:

  • the total purchase amount,
  • shipping and taxes,
  • and any adjustments you approve (for example, if you request changes).

If your payment is declined or reversed, we may pause production/shipping until payment is resolved.

6) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution. If a chargeback is filed, you agree that we may provide the payment processor with order records, shipment tracking, and related communications to respond to the dispute. We may also restrict future purchases associated with accounts or payment methods tied to repeated chargebacks or suspected fraud.

7) Cancellations and Order Changes

Because we begin production quickly, cancellations/changes are time-sensitive.

You may request a cancellation or change within 1 hour of placing your order, or before production begins (whichever comes first) by emailing support@printacube.com with your order number.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

8) Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timing depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and carrier performance. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

9) Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because products are custom printed, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind” reasons.

However, we will refund or replace items that are:

  • misprinted
  • miscut
  • wrongly shipped
  • damaged in transit

Please contact us as soon as you can at support@printacube.com with your order number and (when helpful) clear photos of the issue and packaging.

10) Intellectual Property and Customer Content

If you upload, submit, or otherwise provide content for printing (images, text, designs, etc.), you represent that:

  • you own the content or have permission to use it, and
  • printing it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You grant us permission to use your submitted content only as needed to produce and fulfill your order. We may refuse or cancel orders that, in our judgment, violate rights or laws.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrintACube will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order or use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid to PrintACube for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PrintACube harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your submission of content you do not have rights to use.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PrintACube operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be brought in the applicable state or federal courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
